Createit.shop website is for commercial users only and provides legal entities a tool to source products from small European manufacturers or find European resellers. The offers on our website make a non-binding request to shopkeepers to buy goods and related fulfillment services from suppliers on our platform.
You must register a user account to be able to use our services. You can register for an account by filling in an online form on our website and paying the membership fee. Only legal entities can register an account and during the registration process, we will ask for your company details to verify your identity. Only one account per entity allowed. If you are running more than one business, you must register a separate account for each. You can access your account details as well as all your orders and invoices under the My account section on our website.
Your membership access will be valid for one year from the payment date. If you wish to extend the membership, you can do so by logging in to your account and paying for the next period.
You must be signed in with your user account to be able to add products to the platform or submit the edit and delete request on the “Add or change products” page. Please note that for each product you need to submit a separate form. Alternatively, you can fill in a spreadsheet (template available here) and send it over to firstname.lastname@example.org. By clicking the “Submit product” button, you take full responsibility for the accuracy of the product information provided. The product or changes will be made available on the platform within five working days from receiving full details.
By sending us the product details such as images, logos, product descriptions etc, you give us and the shopkeepers on the platform the right to use and amend the uploaded content to sell products sourced from you.
You have the right to change the prices, delivery times, and any other information about the products, but you must notify us at least 30 days in advance via the “Add or change product” form. The price on the contact request email notification must be respected.
You must be signed in with your user account to be able to browse our catalogue and send contact requests to suppliers. On each product page, you can submit a contact request by filling in the form provided. By clicking the “Submit request” button, you are bind to terms and conditions specified on the product page by the supplier including the delivery and payment terms.
You and the supplier will receive an automated contact request notification to the email address used to register the account. The invoice, payment details, supplier-specific T&C, and any other communication related to your request will then be provided by the supplier to the same email address.
You may terminate your account at any time. To do so, please send an email to email@example.com. Please note that we do not reimburse the unused days if you choose to terminate before your pre-paid membership period has ended. The unused days also cannot be transferred to any other account.
We have the right to terminate your account and suspend the services offered to you if you violate our terms and conditions or if we suspect you use our website for purposes unlawful by Estonian legislation.
In carrying out the obligations as well as intrepreting any statement in this T&C we will and expect you to act in accordance with good faith and fair dealing. As such, we do not assume liability for the actions of other parties.
By submitting a new product to our platform, our suppliers have given us and the shopkeepers the right to use and amend the uploaded content such as images, product descriptions, logos etc to sell products sourced from suppliers. This content may not be sold or licensed to anyone else. The right to use the content from our platform will expire with the termination of the account.
If one or more provisions in these terms and conditions are null and void or should become null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain valid in full force and effect.
